Béla Fleck (ur. 10 lipca 1958 w Nowym Jorku) – amerykański wirtuoz gry na banjo. Jest najbardziej znany ze swoich występów z grupą Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, które opisał jako „mieszankę akustycznej i elektronicznej muzyki z folkowymi i bluegrassowymi korzeniami oraz funkiem i jazzemWywiad PBS z Bélą Fleckiem.
Występował m.in. w Warszawie na Warsaw Summer Jazz Days.
