Okręg wyborczy Monmouthshire wysyłał do angielskiej, a następnie brytyjskiej, Izby Gmin dwóch deputowanych. Okręg obejmował walijskie hrabstwo Monmouth. W 1832 r. z okręgu wydzielono miasto o tej samej nazwie. Okręg został zniesiony w 1885 r.
