Okręg wyborczy Winchelsea powstał w 1366 r. i wysyłał do angielskiej, a następnie brytyjskiej, Izby Gmin dwóch deputowanych. Okręg obejmował portowe miasto Winchelsea (jeden z Pięciu Portów). Został zlikwidowany w 1832 r.
