Na cześć Erika Satiego, jedno z laboratoriów w École normale supérieure de Cachan, Laboratoire d’Electricité Signaux et Robotique (LESiR), zostało w 2002 roku przemianowane na Systèmes et Applications des Technologies de l’Information et de l’Energie (SATIE). Cachan jest miejscowością sąsiadującą z Arcueil, gdzie artysta mieszkał do śmierci.
