Dwa lata później napisał „The intersexes: a history of similisexualism as a problem in social life”, jest to praca stanowiąca obronę orientacji homoseksualnej z naukowego punktu widzenia, poparta uwarunkowaniami prawnymi, zawierająca wątki historyczne i zawierająca osobiste przemyślenia autora.
