Noel Madison foi un actor teatral y cinematográficu d'Estaos Xuníos.
Nacíu na ciudá de Nueva York, el so verdaderu nome yera Noel Nathaniel Moscovitch, y yera fíu del actor Maurice Moscovitch. Foi miembru fundador del Sindicatu d'Actores. Debutó nel cine en 1930 y, a lo llargo d'esa década y de la siguiente, actuó en 75 filmes, interpretando de cutiu el papel de gánster.
