Mastigodryas melanolomus est une espèce de serpent de la famille des Colubridae.
Répartition Cette espèce se rencontre : au Mexique dans les États du Tamaulipas, d'Hidalgo, du Querétaro, de Puebla, de Campeche et du Yucatán ; au Belize ; au Guatemala ; au Salvador ; au Honduras ; au Nicaragua ; au Costa Rica ; au Panama ; en Colombie ; en Équateur.
Description Dans sa descriptionCope, 1868 : An examination of the Reptilia and Batrachia obtained by the Orton Expedition to Equador and the Upper Amazon, with notes on other species. Proceedings of the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia, , (texte intégral). Cope indique que le spécimen en sa possession mesure dont pour la queue. Son dos est gris olivâtre, chaque écaille étant finement bordée de noir.
