Tantilla vermiformis est une espèce de serpents de la famille des Colubridae.
Répartition Cette espèce se rencontre : au Nicaragua sur le versant Pacifique ; dans le nord-ouest du Costa Rica sur le versant Pacifique ; au Salvador.
