Karlheinz Hottes, né à Cologne en et mort en , est un géographe allemand.
Biographie Géographe de l'industrie et des télécommunications, il fut professeur à l'université de la Ruhr à Bochum de 1965 à 1995, puis professeur éméritePeter Graef, .
