Mecysmauchenius termas est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Mecysmaucheniidae.
Distribution Cette espèce est endémique de la région des Lacs au ChiliForster & Platnick, 1984 : A review of the archaeid spiders and their relatives, with notes on the limits of the superfamily Palpimanoidea (Arachnida, Araneae). Bulletin of the American Museum of Natural History, , (texte intégral).. Elle se rencontre à Termas de Puyehue dans la province d'Osorno.
Étymologie Son nom d'espèce lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, Termas de Puyehue.
