Realtime Associates est une entreprise américaine de développement et d'édition de jeux vidéo fondée en 1986 par David Warhol et un groupe d'anciens employés de chez Mattel Electronics.
En plus des jeux vidéo, la société développe des jeux sérieux et des jeux pour la santé, notamment Re-Mission, des jeux vidéo pour les jeunes patients atteints de cancer.
