Padillothorax semiostrinus est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Salticidae.
Distribution Cette espèce se rencontre en Malaisie péninsulaire, à Singapour et au Viêt Nam.
Sa présence est incertaine à Taïwan.
