Les 24 Heures de Daytona 1992 (officiellement appelé le Rolex Daytona 24 Hours 1992), disputées sur les et sur le Daytona International Speedway ont été la trentième édition de cette épreuve, la vingt-cinquième sur un format de vingt-quatre heures, et la première manche du Championnat IMSA GT 1992.

Qualifications
