La de la Coupe du monde de ski de fond se déroule du au .

En raison de l'Invasion de l'Ukraine par la Russie en 2022, les athlètes russes et biélorusses sont interdits de compétition pour toute la saison..

Programme de la saison La saison comporte 32 épreuves pour chaque genre, 30 individuelles et 2 par équipe, (soit 64) ainsi que 2 épreuves mixtes réparties à travers 15 sites en Europe.

Attribution des points Un nouveau barème de points est mis en place pour la saison 2022-2023. Les 50 meilleurs athlètes marquent des points contre 30 avec l'ancien barème. De plus les écarts de points sont resserrés entre les premiers (le deuxième obtiendra 95 points au lieu de 80 les saisons passées, et le troisième 90 points au lieu de 60. On continue avec le qui aura 85 points à la place de 50 et le 80 points au lieu de 45 points). L'objectif annoncé de la FIS étant de maintenir plus de suspens et d'inciter les premiers au classement à participer à un maximum de courses. Individuel
