Flagelliphantes yunxia est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Linyphiidae.
Distribution Cette espèce est endémique du Jilin en Chine. Elle se rencontre dans le district d'Erdaojiang dans la grotte Yunxia.
