Les Championnats du monde de pentathlon moderne 2026 sont la édition des Championnats du monde de pentathlon moderne. Ils ont lieu à Guiyang, en Chine du au Race Across China: Guiyang to host UIPM 2026 Pentathlon World Championships. Cette édition regroupe les formats individuel et relais.

Deux des modifications sont apportées au règlement : une cinquième série de tirs est ajoutée au Laser Run, tandis que la distance de natation est réduite de 200 à 100 mètres.

Pays participants La Russie et la Biélorussie sont autorisés à concourir sous leurs drapeaux.
