Connie Rasinski (né Constantine Rasinski le à Torrington (Connecticut), aux États-Unis et mort le à Larchmont (New York)) est un dessinateur de comics et réalisateur de cartoons américain. Il a changé son nom en John Conrad Rasinski après les années 1920.
