Colostethus dysprosium est une espèce d'amphibiens de la famille des Dendrobatidae.
Répartition Cette espèce est endémique du département d'Antioquia en Colombie. Elle se rencontre à Urrao de à d'altitude sur le versant Ouest de la cordillère Occidentale.
