Adelophryne pachydactyla est une espèce d'amphibiens de la famille des Eleutherodactylidae.
Répartition
Cette espèce est endémique de l'État de Bahia au Brésil. Elle se rencontre à Ilheus et Santa Teresinha, entre 600 et d'altitude.
