L'Étoile de l'Océan Indien est une compétition sportive de cyclisme sur route organisée en juillet sur l'île de La Réunion, dans le sud-ouest de l'océan Indien. Cette course à étapes commence à Saint-Paul, dure cinq jours et s'achève dans la même ville.
L'édition 2006 est marquée par la participation d'Armand de Las Cuevas, qui remporte trois étapes.
L'édition 2010 est remportée par le Réunionnais Christophe Boyer.
