Dame Ngaio Marsh, nada en 1895 e finada en 1982, foi unha escritora e directora de teatro neozelandesa.
Traxectoria Estoudou pintura en Christchurch, pero acabou por converterse nunha actriz de teatro. A partir de 1928 viviu entre Inglaterra e Nova Zelandia.
