A Notharctinae alcsalád a Notharctidae család észak-amerikai ágazata az eocén korai szakaszában, 55-34 millió évvel ezelőtt. Az alcsaládot hat nem alkotja. Kihalásukkal párhuzamosan az amerikai középső eocénben más főemlőstípusok tűntek fel.
Az alcsaládot alkotó nemek korlátozott elterjedésűek.
