A Tony-díj a legjobb női főszereplőnek színdarabban (Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play) a Tony-gálán kerül átadásra, amit a színpadi színészek kiválóságainak hoztak létre 1947-ben az Egyesült Államokban, hogy a Broadwayn fellépő színészeket is díjazhassák.
