A Professional Footballers’ Association – Az év csapata (gyakran csak PFA – Az év csapata) évente átadott díj 55 labdarúgónak az angol férfi labdarúgás első négy osztályában (Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two), illetve a női élvonalban.
A díjat az 1973–1974-es szezon óta adják át, a jelöltek listáját a Professional Footballers’ Association szakszervezet állítja össze minden év januárjában, majd a győztesekre az adott osztályok játékosai szavaznak. A Football League játékosai a legnagyobb kitüntetésnek tekintik, hiszen kortársaik választják meg őket.
