La Coppa UEFA 2006-2007 è stata la 6ª edizione del torneo continentale riservato ai club di calcio a 5 vincitori nella precedente stagione del massimo campionato delle federazioni affiliate alla UEFA. La competizione si è disputata tra il 10 settembre 2006 e il 28 aprile 2007 e ha coinvolto 40 società, tra le quali – per la prima volta – squadre di Austria, Germania, Malta, Scozia, Svezia e Svizzera. Da questa edizione la formula della competizione subisce alcuni cambiamenti: allargamento del turno preliminare a 16 società con accesso alla fase successiva garantita alle sole vincitrici dei gironi; riduzione dei gironi del primo turno (denominato "principale") da 8 a 6; allargamento a 16 partecipanti al secondo turno (denominato "élite"); semifinali e finale disputate in una sede unica. I campioni in carica dell' e le prime tre squadre del ranking, cioè , ed , accedono direttamente al turno élite. A trionfare è stata la formazione russa della , alla sua prima affermazione continentale dopo due finali consecutive perse.
