Il Premio World Fantasy (World Fantasy Award) è un premio letterario statunitense di letteratura fantastica assegnato annualmente nel corso della World Fantasy Convention, a partire dal 1975.
Il premio è stato descritto come uno dei più prestigiosi riconoscimenti nell'ambito del fantastico, assieme al premio Hugo e al Nebula.
