Mantidactylus é um gênero de anuro da família Mantellidae. Estes anfíbios são encontrados somente em Madagascar e Mayotte.
Em trabalhos recentes, Blommersia, Boehmantis, Gephyromantis, Guibemantis, Spinomantis e Wakea são frequentemente separadas do Mantidactylus.
