Елена Чебанкова () — британский политолог. Профессор (Reader in politics) факультета социологии, политологии и международных отношений университета Линкольн (Англия). Ведущий специалист университета по изучению политических процессов, происходящих в России.
Биография Получила степень доктора философии в Королевском колледже, Кембриджа в ноябре 2004 года. Тема докторской диссертации «Влияние федеральных реформ Путина на центрально-региональные отношения». В ней рассматривается реструктуризация системы федерального устройства России под управлением Владимира Путина.
Карьера Координировала курс Российской Политики и Общества на факультете Социальных и Политических Наук, Университета Кембриджа. С октября 2006 года состояла младшим научным сотрудником в Линакр колледже в Оксфорде.
