Zitha — род бабочек подсемейства Pyralinae из семейства огнёвки настоящие (Pyralidae). Известно около 150 видов.
Распространение Встречаются в Афротопике (к югу от Сахары), в Южной и Юго-Восточной Азии. Большинство видов (103 вида) обнаружены на Мадагаскаре.
Описание Молевидные чешуекрылые мелкого и среднего размера в основном коричневатого цвет (размах крыльев около 2 см). Помимо гениталий обоих полов, эти таксоны обычно различаются по цвету и размеру жёлтого пятна на заднем крыле. Некоторые из этих видов известны лишь по нескольким экземплярам, иногда из одной коллекции. Учитывая стремительное уничтожение лесов Мадагаскара, их выживание там остаётся под вопросом. Тело коренастое. Хоботок очень короткий. Пальпы волосистые, сильно короче ширины головы; третий членик конический. Антенны густо опушенные. Брюшко довольно сильно выступает за пределы задних крыльев. Шпоры ног длинные, тонкие. Крылья широкие. Передние крылья: первая и вторая нижние жилки сходятся в основании; третья удалена от второй; четвертая более удалена от третьей.
Классификация В состав рода включают более 150 видов (большинство из которых описаны в 2007—2022 годах). Род был впервые выделен в 1866 годуFrancis Walker (1866).
