Индекс народных песен Рауда () — база данных из 300 000 ссылок на более чем 21 600 песен, которые были собраны в устной традиции на английском языке на всех континентах, где язык имеет распространение. Труд по систематизации был проделан лондонским библиотекарем Стивом Раудом.
Индекс Рауда включает «общий индекс» (все предыдущие источники, опубликованные до 1900 года) и «индекс полевых записей», собранный Раудом. В список Раудом включены Баллады Чайлда (), собранные Фрэнсисом Джеймсом Чайлдом, и записи песен с 1900 по 1975 год.
До начала 2006 года индекс был доступен только на компакт-диске через подписку; ныне доступен в онлайн версии на веб-сайте, который поддерживает «Английское общество народной пляски и песни» ()(англ.) Roud Folk Song Index .
Первичной задачей «Индекса народных песен Рауда» было содействовать фольклорным исследованиям, коррелируя разные версии народных песен, которые за прошлые столетия были собраны независимо друг от друга фольклористами в Великобритании и в Северной Америке. База данных, к примеру, помогала бы определить место записи каждой из многочисленных разновидностей той или иной песни.
Все версии песни сгруппированы под одним номером, называемым «номером Рауда». Более старые песни, как правило, имеют меньшие числа, за исключением тех произведений, происхождение которых неясно.
Существуют несколько подобных англоязычных собраний песен, но «Индекс народных песен Рауда» является самым полным и популярным.
«Эссенская база данных народной песни»(англ.) Essen folk song database представляет собой аналогичную коллекцию, включающую песни стран, не говорящих на английском, преимущественно из Германии и Китая.
