Чемпиона́т Пе́рвой ли́ги Ла́твии по футбо́лу 2013 го́да () — 22-й сезон чемпионата Первой лиги Латвии по футболу. Проходил с 6 апреля по 10 ноября 2013 года.

Команды-участницы

Изменения По итогам сезона 2012 года Первую лигу покинули следующие клубы: ДЮСШ Илуксте (Илуксте) — 2-е место, 57 очков. Квалифицировался в Высшую лигу. «Спартак-2» (Юрмала) — 9-е место, 26 очков. Добровольный отказ от участия в Первой лиге.

Первую лигу пополнили следующие клубы: «Гулбене» (Гулбене) — 10-е место, 24 очка в Высшей лиге. Выбыл в Первую лигу. «Екабпилс» (Екабпилс) — 2-е место во Второй лиге. Квалифицировался в Первую лигу. «Даугава-2» (Рига) — заявлен, как дубль клуба Высшей лиги. «Юрмала-2» (Юрмала) — заявлен, как дубль клуба Высшей лиги.

По результатам переходных матчей клуб «Даугава» (Даугавпилс) не сумел квалифицироваться в Высшую лигу. А также Латвийская футбольная федерация сохранила место клубу «Тукумс 2000» (Тукумс) и позволила ему не покидать Первую лигу.
