Dr. Elizabeth Garrettová Andersonová, MD (* 9. jún 1836, Londýn, Spojené kráľovstvo – † 17. december 1917, Aldeburgh) bola anglická lekárka a feministka, prvá žena, ktorá získala lekárske vzdelanie v Spojenom kráľovstve.
