Olaf Helmer-Hirschberg (* 4. jún 1910, Berlín, Nemecko – † 14. apríl 2011) bol nemecko-americký matematik, prognostik a futurológ.
Profil Narodil sa v Berlíne. V rokoch 1946 až 1968 pracoval v RAND Corporation, kde bol vedúcim matematikom. Je spoluautorom metódy Delphi – Delphi Method. V roku 1958 založil Insitute for the Future. Pôsobil ako emeritný profesor na University of Southern California v Kalifornii v USA.
