Trofej pre najslušnejšieho hráča ligy, Lady Byng Memorial Trophy, bola druhou individuálnou trofejou histórie NHL. Súťaži ju v roku 1924 venovala manželka vtedajšieho guvernéra Kanady pani Byngová, ktorá potom v roku 1935 venovala svoju trofej natrvalo sedemnásobnému víťazovi - Frankovi Boucherovi.
