Le parcours s'étend sur 379 kilomètres.
Route A373a Le tronçon A373a traverse Ohangaron, Guliston et se termine à après un parcours de 129 kilomètres.
Route A373b Le tronçon A373b part du km192 de la route A373 et va jusqu'à Kokand. Il est long de 66 kilomètres.
