Paolo Duca, né le à Locarno, dans le canton du Tessin, est un joueur suisse de hockey sur glace à la retraite. Il est désormais directeur sportif du HC Ambrì-Piotta.

Carrière de joueur Paolo Duca débute en LNA en 1998, avec le HC Ambrì-Piotta. En 2001, il est transféré au ZSC Lions, avant de rejoindre un an plus tard l'EV Zoug. En 2007, il revient à Ambrì, son club formateur, où il évolue jusqu'à sa retraite sportive en 2017.

Carrière en équipe nationale Il a participé avec l'équipe de Suisse aux championnats du monde junior 2000 et 2001.
