Biografia I suoi scritti vennero pubblicati in alcune riviste come The Strand Magazine e The Yellow Book, dove scrivevano anche Henry James, Arnold Bennett, Oscar Wilde di cui diventò amico, andandolo a trovare quando stava in compagnia di suo figlio Cyril.
